Ana had her first violin lesson in Russia at the age of 6. She then pursued her studies of classical music first at the High State Conservatory in Yekaterinburg and at the Tel Aviv Music Academy. Ana made her debut in the Youth Philharmonic Orchestra in Tel Aviv. After collecting many years of experience as a violinist in different symphonic orchestras in Israel, touring with different bands, pop and rock performers, as well as participating in many shows and presentations worldwide, Ana moved to Germany to pursue a solo career. She now resides in Frankfurt and holds concerts all around Europe. Ana’s broad experience in different styles of music allows her to deliver a brilliant show, both as a soloist and in ensemble with other musicians.
Ana Agre has an unusually wide repertoire, from Baroque and classical music, to modern electronic compositions. Ana masters improvisational jazz techniques, as well as the language of the music of the of the Middle Eastern cultures, klezmers (traditional Jewish folk music), music of Ladino culture (Ladino – the old language of the Iberian Peninsula), as well as enchanting rhythms of Argentinean tango. Ana Agre’s artistic performances are characterized by the extraordinary level of emotion and professionalism, which merge together into an enchanting show that leaves the audience an unforgettable impression, even among the most demanding music lovers.
